Grade Four Online Conference
2011/2012 Evaluations
Great! The graphics were very interesting. Your perspective on the 9/10-year old child was also very interesting to me. It gave me some insight that I hadn't had before - even with (or perhaps because of) this being my 2nd time through! I'm feeling much more comfortable in my understanding of and ability to use and discuss this time of transition. It helps to hear about where the temperaments fit in now and the analogy about the astral forces to the trust fund will be a great help to explain why we do what we do to my parents.
Thank you for providing this experience.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this conference. My friend keeps asking me if I am spending the day with my new best friend Eugene again. He is so clear and authentic and knowledgeable.

This was the first time I had done an online conference and it was wonderful in every way. I teach at a small rural school in Hawaii, and we are quite isolated when it comes to conferences and teacher development opportunities. With rising costs of travel to the mainland, this was a perfect alternative to summer training for me. I feel very prepared to start school tomorrow. Lat night was our parent evening and I felt much better prepared to explain the profile of the 4th grader and why we teach certain subject, when we do and how we do. I appreciate the time and thoughtfulness in which Eugene Schwartz developed those lectures specifically. The course was very user friendly, and I have only positive comments to make. I have recommended it to my colleagues at the school and our school administrator for next year. The school is always looking for ways to offer great training, but cost is always in issue. Our school is also planning to purchase the curriculum CDs available to help build up our teacher resource library. Thank you for this great opportunity!

The whole thing was very good. I would recommend it to colleagues without qualification. I am always impressed with Eugene's depth of experience and wisdom. I particularly found the lecture(s) on the esoteric significance of the Norse myths helpful.

This was SOOOOOO incredibly helpful. I am home schooling my daughters and really, really benefited from this. I really wish I still had access to the practical "how to" paint, and form drawing videos as I am afraid I will not remember how to do it when we get to that block. I would also be quite happy to pay an additional fee if there was a way to access some of the lectures during the year.
Thank you so much.

It was truly amazing -- I had no idea that I could receive such sound, thorough and clear instruction from an online course. The mix of audio, slides and video all helped to get the material across in a way that allowed for both detail and depth to be brought forward. Perhaps the only thing that would have made it even more accessible (although not totally necessary because this was part of each lecture) would be a handout, similar to the block rotation handout, that had suggested books to buy both for teacher reference material, but also for the books filled with the stories that would be helpful to have for each block.
Thank you so much. I look forward to this opportunity for an intensive that allows me to be a mother of two young children living in a rural town with access to the teaching instruction that I need. --Beth Krieger-Fritsch |
I LOVED it! It was much more than I expected, which is most often the case, in everything that Eugene offers. Thanks you for going above and beyond my expectations, again!
I found the 4th grade fractions, form drawing, and painting videos extremely helpful. The videos are very, very helpful for those of us that are visual learners.
Thanks to this conference, I felt very prepared and comfortable heading into our school year.
